Setting up FAQs
1. Cleanse: Start with freshly cleansed hair and skin. Remove any old product buildup, dirt, or dead skin.
2. Hydrate: Use warm to water to open pores and ensure better water absorption. Warmth helps cuticles expand, allowing moisture in.
3. Apply on Damp Skin and Hair: Don’t immediately dry off after cleansing. Towels absorb moisture, which we want to avoid. Pat dry visible water and apply butter while your skin and hair are still damp.
4. Melting Technique: Melt a nickel-sized amount of butter in your hands. Rub it evenly onto your hair and skin. Style your hair.

• Moisturizing: Moisturizers seal in existing moisture and slow down moisture loss. They don’t add moisture; only water can do that.
• Hydrating: Hydration involves adding water to your hair and skin. Butters and oils cannot hydrate; they only assist in retaining existing moisture. This is why Eleven11 recommends hydrating the hair beforehand to ensure maximum moisture retention.
